Palladio Building Services

Services

Three services. One standard.

We build commercial places. We renovate them when they need to become the next thing. And we maintain them — for decades — the way we built them.

01 · New Construction

From ground-break to ribbon-cut.

We take on ground-up commercial construction across a range of industries and scopes — corporate offices, industrial head offices, logistics and distribution facilities, specialized commercial properties. Every project is scoped with transparent line-item pricing and delivered against a published plan we revise honestly when the work demands it.

New construction is the work that demonstrates everything else we do — pricing discipline, safety culture, on-time delivery, craft on the finish. We take it on deliberately, and we take it on to win.

02 · Commercial Renovation

Turn buildings into what they need to be next.

Renovation is where most commercial buildings spend their real lives. Tenant improvements, major reconfigurations, systems overhauls, re-use of heritage properties, and full-scale industrial remediation — the work of turning an existing building into the next useful version of itself.

We take on renovation work across every industry we serve. When a chemical or industrial client needs full-scale remediation on a 1–2 year cycle, that lives here too — it's large-scale renovation at its most demanding, and it's work we've been doing well for decades.

03 · Building Maintenance

We maintain buildings the way we build them.

Maintenance is not a lesser service at Palladio. We maintain buildings with the same crews, the same standards, and the same pricing discipline we bring to new construction. Scheduled service contracts, emergency repair calls, and ongoing property stewardship — some of our clients have trusted us with their properties for over a decade.

When something breaks, we fix it. When it doesn't, we're the reason.

Where we're going

Toward full vertical integration.

Over the next three years, Palladio is expanding into design and residential work — continuing the path toward a fully vertically integrated commercial builder, from first sketch to decades-long maintenance. If you're a client thinking about a project that would benefit from that kind of continuity, we'd like to talk early.
